The Kravis Summer Arts Camp, for students entering grades 7-12, develops your ideas and skills in the visual arts to help you prepare the mature portfolio of work sought by undergraduate art schools. Our goal is to prepare you to acquire scholarships and to excel in the discipline of art you choose and ultimately to become professional artists.
Students enrolling in the Kravis Summer Arts Seminar are encouraged to be individuals with a drive and motivation far beyond their peers. They should be serious students of the arts and all subjects.
The two week long Kravis Summer Arts Camp will immerse students in the visual arts, develop their ideas and build creative skills. The camp courses will be taught by college professors in the arts and high school Advanced Placement and International Baccalaureate teachers.
The Kravis Summer Music Camp was created to develop your musicianship, skills and confidence to prepare you for your school’s music programs as well as opportunities outside of the school. Our mission is to offer a learning environment where you are able to play, sing, perform and learn alongside your peers. The skills that you will develop will allow you to be a better musician, explore different ensembles and styles and audition for honor groups and scholarships.
The sessions have been created to allow for jazz band, choir and show choir experience culminating in a final performance where you will demonstrate what you have learned during the camp.
Choose from two sessions offered, June 15-19 or June 22-16. Material will vary for each session, so you may choose to enroll in both.
The Kravis Imagine Arts Camp is designed for students entering grades K-6.
Students are involved in a variety of arts experiences which broaden their imaginations. The goal for the students is to explore new materials and art forms, stretch their creativity, enjoy the learning process, and make new friends.
Teachers are all Oklahoma certified teachers and professional artists. Many have exhibited nationally and are well known in the Tulsa arts community.
